Twenty-two (22) Farmers Cooperatives and Associations from Antique received Php 53.1 Million worth of rice machinery under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) during the Provincial Machinery Turn Over held on June 7, 2023, at Binirayan Sports Complex, San Jose de Buenavista, Antique.
Senator Cynthia Villar author of Rice Tariffication Law gave her message. Present during the event are; Vice Gov Edgar Denosta of Antique, Joel Dator of Philmech, and other various government officials and representatives attended the event.
