Senator Cynthia A.Villar gave her Inspirational message during the 82nd Graduation 2023 of Bulacan State University held at Capitol Gymnasium, Malolos, Bulacan with Dr. Cecilia Gascon Bulacan State University President, Faculty members & staff together with the parents. She handed over the recognition to latin hinorees, Jannah Fondevilla, Summa Cum Laude, BS Hospitality & Tourism and John Moore Mazo, BS Science of Sports, Magna Cum Laude.
