At the Villar SIPAG Farm School with Senator Cynthia Villar in Las Piñas City where the Department of Agrarian Reform & their Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations met with Implementing Agencies-PhilRice, PhilMech, ATI,TESDA, for the implementation of the Inbred Rice Production and Farm Mechanization Program or the RCEF.
