The #RiceTarifficationLaw principally authored by #SenatorCynthiaVillar has allocated P10billion a year for 6 years which started in 2019 with the signing of the law by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to support the #competitiveness of Filipino Rice Farmers by giving Machineries and #inbredrivceseeds with #Training and #availableloans for them.
