Director Gerardo Estoy of Philrice Visayas was at the opening of training conducted by Philrice entitled Training of Trainers on Pest and Nutrient Management held at Villar Sipag Farm School - Iloilo. There were 22 individuals participated in the training composed by Owners and representative from these ff farm schools in Iloilo:

2. Concepcio Carilla Agricultural Farm
3. Remnant Institute Inc
4. Arceta Sol Agricultural Learning Center Inc
5. New Lucena Polytechnic College
6. Dreamer's Farm School
This is under the Rice Tariffication Law authored by Senator Cynthia Villar that created the RCEF with a P10B annual budget with Extension component to make the farmers competitive.
