Seeds and Organic Fertlizer from Senator Cynthia Villar delivered to Brgy. Vista Alegre, Barotac Viejo Iloilo and was received by Punong Brgy Jesus Balila. The fertilizer was produced from kitchen and garden waste from the Villar SIPAG composting facility established by the foundation in 139 locations nationwide to promote waste management and given for free to farmers.
