Senator Cynthia Villar was at the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry meeting today to discuss the Proposed Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Condonation Law which aims to remove the obligation of ARBs from paying all principal and interest of loans arising from the award of Agriculture Lands under the CARP program (PD 27, RA6657, and RA 9700 who have outstanding loan balances with LandBank and to private landowners as of the signing of the law.
