The ATI Central Luzon and Villar SIPAG Farm School San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan conducted another Hands on Activities on Agro Eco System Analysis (AESA), establishing Minus One Element Technique (MOET) and observation well as part of the Training of Trainers on the Production of High Quality Inbred Rice Seeds and Farm Mechanization at Lacson Integrated Farm Sto.Tomas,Pampanga. This is under the Rice Tariffication Law that created the RCEF authored by Senator Cynthia Villar to make the rice industry competitive and our farmers to earn more.
