At the Villar SIPAG Farm School with Senator Cynthia Villar in Las Piñas City where the Department of Agrarian Reform & their Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organizations met with Implementing Agencies-PhilRice, PhilMech, ATI,TESDA, for the implementation of the Inbred Rice Production and Farm Mechanization Program or the RCEF. Thanks to Secretary Sid Lapeña, Secretary John Castricionnes, Executive Director Saililah Abdullah, Dr. Karen Baroga, Executive Director Alfredo Aton, and Engineer Baldwin Jallorina.
