Senator Cynthia Villar led the 2nd Rice Farm Mechanization and Inbred Seeds Production Training

at the Villar SIPAG Farm School in Las Piñas City with 34 participants from rice cooperatives, farmer organizations and farmers from Luzon. The partners are PhilMech, PhilRice, Agricultural Training Institute, Tesda and Villar SIPAG Farm Schools-San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan and Las Piñas.
